Welcome to ALLTEK Automation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (“Services”), provided by ALLTEK Automation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ALLTEK Automation provides marketing services including, but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including A2P messaging compliance, CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and other data protection laws. You must not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
To maintain consistent service quality and predictable costs, each Basic AI Voice Agent Monthly Subscription includes a maximum of 1,000 minutes of usage per month and 500 plain text messages per month under our fair use policy. This represents about 20 calls per day 5 days per week at about 2 minutes average per call. These limits are designed to provide outstanding value to our customers and to cover the typical communication needs of small trade businesses, while preventing excessive or disproportionate usage that could impact system performance or service sustainability. Clients who consistently approach or exceed these thresholds may be advised to upgrade to a higher tier plan or adjust usage to remain within fair use guidelines.
If you use our Services to send SMS messages or use messaging platforms:
We do not guarantee message delivery, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All payments for services are due as agreed in your service proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend service for nonpayment.
All materials we create for you—including campaigns, strategies, graphics, and content—remain the intellectual property of ALLTEK Automation until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-created content may be transferred as agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing.
We provide our services “as is” and disclaim all warranties. ALLTEK Automation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
We may terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our materials and return or destroy any confidential information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida in USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
